Is car t cell therapy for MDS (myleodysplastic) ?
Hello Gary,
MDS, or myelodysplastic syndromes is a myeloid cancer like CML and AML that we discussed in the episode. There are currently clinical trials for CAR T-cell therapy for MDS. If you’d like to learn if you are qualified for a clinical trial, we would encourage you to contact our Clinical Trial Support Center at http://www.BloodCancerUnited.org/CTSC.

Thanks for sharing this encouraging podcast. I was diagnosed with lymphoma six years ago, had five years of cancer free follow ups and in this 6th year am waiting to hear from my oncologist on a biopsy and PET scan. I will be learning what is next next this week and plan on bringing up the CAR t-Cell therapy.
Very interesting.
