I wish you all the blessings in the world for you and your family. I will be admitted to the hospital tomorrow morning for my lymphoma treatment.
Thank you for the kind comment. I’m sorry I just saw these comments. I wish you all the best and pray that your treatment goes well.
I also found out I was pregnant (a total surprise at 41) and had Hodgkins Lymphoma the same week in 2021! What a whirlwind of emotions! Encouraging to hear another woman managing the same struggles. Everyone was always shocked that it was possible to recieve chemo treatments while pregnant. Thank you for highlighting this rare, but very possible, scenario on your podcast. Today I’m cancer free and healthy baby girl is 11 months! So greatful for modern medicine and experts who can facilitate miracles. All the best to you and your family Caitlyn!
It is such a whirlwind to those who experience it and the team who’s apart of it. There is still much to debate in the aspect of treatment during pregnancy. However, I made it a point to want to speak out that it can be done safely for both parties because if possible we shouldn’t have to choose between treatment or pregnancy. Wishing all the best to you and your family as well!
