    1. Hi Bernard,

Thank you for your question! Currently, CAR T-cell therapy is not being tested for Hairy Cell Leukemia. However, if you would like more information on the treatments available, we encourage you to contact our Information Specialists at 1-800-955-4572.

  1. Can you please tell me if this CAR Cell Therapy would have any bearing on my Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia? I have not seen any reference to it in the material.

    1. Hi Thomas,

Thank you for your question! CAR T-cell therapy is used to treat ALL – currently approved for pediatric/young adult patients with B-ALL and awaiting word of approval in adult B-ALL in the coming months with ongoing clinical trials of other products in this setting. If you would like to keep an eye out for upcoming trials, we encourage you to contact our Clinical Trial Support Center at LLS.org/CTSC.

  2. Dr Jacobson was very interesting and informative. Since I have a more aggressive genotype of CLL it is encouraging to hear that there are new treatments being developed with some degree of success.

    1. While I am an MM patient, it was informative to learn about Car T- cell treatments in general, even though perhaps not specifically for MM.

  3. I received Car T in 2019 and now consider myself cured from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma after multiple treatments and relapses. A miracle treatment for me, and many others. Quality of life is as good as it’s ever been.
